Delivered as an 8-hour live online workshop via zoom, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) is a systematic problem-solving approach aimed at identifying the underlying causes of issues rather than merely addressing their symptoms. The primary objective of RCA is to prevent recurring problems by implementing effective, long-term solutions. By analyzing data, identifying patterns, and using structured methodologies such as the 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), RCA helps organizations enhance operational efficiency, reduce risks, and improve overall quality. Ultimately, RCA fosters a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring sustainable growth and resilience in any industry.

Training Schedule: To be announced

Time: 6:00PM to 10:00PM via zoom

Regular Rate: 5,000 pesos

One-time Promo Rate: 2,000 pesos per participant (zoom rate)

Terms:

By enrolling in this program, the client signifies his agreement and confirmation of the following terms and conditions:

  • Full payment of the course is required before the scheduled training to ensure that your slot is confirmed.
  • If training is cancelled or rescheduled by ROI, clients may opt to refund all paid fees in full or be credited in the next available schedule. As such, clients will be notified at least five(5) days before the scheduled training.
  • In the event of client’s cancellation, course fees shall be refunded in full, provided that at least five (5) days notice (before start of training) is given to ROI. No refunds shall be granted for less than 5 days of notice.
  • All personal data provided by the clients will be secured and will not be used for other purposes aside from the effective conduct of training and post training services. ROI will not share the client’s data without their explicit permission.
  • ROI may capture class photos and group activities that will be posted in social media for marketing purposes.
