Leadership Development

The Leadership Development Mentoring Program supports new leaders in navigating various aspects of leadership, including Planning, Organizing, Leading, and Controlling. It also supports aspiring leaders to improve on their decision-making and problem-solving skills. The program is offered online via Zoom or in person, depending on the client’s preference. Its duration ranges from 8 to 50 contact hours, with a minimum of 4 consulting hours.

About the Facilitator

Romil Campos has dedicated over 20 years to driving innovation and fostering a culture of organizational excellence through continuous improvement. A certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, he combines his expertise with Quality Management and a strong foundation in Project Management. He holds a degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering and pursued his MBA at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business. Romil’s passion for continuous improvement began with his first role as a Quality Engineer right after college. He was among the pioneering Lean Six Sigma professionals at Samsung Electronics Philippines, a leading electronics manufacturing company. After more than five years in manufacturing, he transitioned to leadership roles in international service organizations such as Dell, HP, ANZ, Reed Elsevier, and Legato Philippines, where he led a team of Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belts, Black Belts, Green Belts and Yellow Belts, Project Managers, Automation Experts, Workforce Managers, Business Continuity Managers, Metrics Managers, Training and Quality Professionals. Romil has trained and certified over 2,500 professionals across various Lean Six Sigma levels, including Master Black Belt, Black Belt, Green Belt, Yellow Belt, and White Belt. The Lean Six Sigma projects he has managed, both directly and indirectly, have generated more than $20 million in annualized savings. In addition to being an innovation leader in his previous organizations, Romil also served as a strategy officer. In this role, he led the development and management of organizational strategies. With a career deeply rooted in quality and excellence, Romil’s impact extends beyond large corporations. His commitment to developing better problem-solvers inspired him to establish ROI, providing professionals with the tools and knowledge to drive meaningful change.
