Program Background:
The Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification Program is an introductory-level training designed for individuals who want to learn the basics of Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies. Lean Six Sigma is a process improvement methodology that combines the waste-reduction principles of Lean with the quality-improvement focus of Six Sigma. The Yellow Belt certification is the second of several levels of certification within Lean Six Sigma, including White Belt, Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Black Belt, and Master Black Belt.
Our Lean Six Sigma Program follows a globally recognized book of knowledge and is accredited by the Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC).

Certification Requirements:
- At least 90% attendance
- Participation in the group and individual activities
- Pass the online assessment.
Terms:
- Full payment of the course is required before the scheduled training to ensure that your slot is confirmed.
- If training is cancelled or rescheduled by ROI, clients may opt to refund all paid fees in full or be credited in the next available schedule. As such, clients will be notified at least 5 days before the scheduled training.
- In the event of client’s cancellation, course fees shall be refunded in full, provided that at least 5 days notice (before start of training) is given to ROI. No refunds shall be granted for less than 5 days of notice.
- All personal data provided by the clients will be secured and will not be used for other purposes aside from the effective conduct of training and post training services. ROI will not share the client’s data without their explicit permission.
- ROI may capture class photos and group activities that will be posted in social media for marketing purposes.
About the Facilitator:
Engr. Romil Campos has dedicated over 20 years to driving innovation and fostering a culture of organizational excellence through continuous improvement. A certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, he combines his expertise with Quality Management and a strong foundation in Project Management. He holds a degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering and pursued his Executive MBA at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business. Romil’s passion for continuous improvement began with his first role as a Quality Engineer right after college. He was among the pioneering Lean Six Sigma professionals at Samsung Electronics Philippines, a leading electronics manufacturing company. After more than five years in manufacturing, he transitioned to leadership roles in international service organizations such as Dell, HP, ANZ, Reed Elsevier, and Legato Philippines, where he led a team of Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belts, Black Belts, Green Belts and Yellow Belts, Project Managers, Automation Experts, Workforce Managers, Business Continuity Managers, Metrics Managers, Training and Quality Professionals. Romil has trained and certified over 5,000 professionals across various Lean Six Sigma levels, including Master Black Belt, Black Belt, Green Belt, Yellow Belt, and White Belt.
